The Paul Jensen Memorial Scholarship.  Awarded to a student who has demonstrated an inspired imagination and creative aesthetic in his or her high school career, and is seeking an opportunity to attend college.  Application and essay required.  Two scholarships ($3000 and $2000) will be awarded.

Deadline:  Friday April 1, 2011.

The Cristin Ann Bambino Memorial Scholarship:  This scholarship will be awarded to a college-bound special education student to reward him or her for working through special challenges to complete high school and obtain acceptance to a college or university.  Application and essay required.  There will be six regional awards.  Five recipients will receive a $3000 scholarship; one will receive a $5000 scholarship.  Applications are available in the guidance office.

Phi Beta Kappa Scholarship.   Upper Hudson Association of Phi Beta Kappa is offering a $750 scholarship to seniors graduating in 2011.  Application Information is available in the Guidance Office or on line at http://uhpbk.org/

The Best Buy @15 Scholarship Program.   Available to students in grades 9-12.  Students need solid grades plus community service or work experience.

Association of Fire Districts "Ned Carter" Scholarship.   For seniors who will be pursuing a post secondary career in Community Service related areas at either a two or four year college.  The student MUST be related to or be a Firefighter in an affiliated member organization of the Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York.  Applications are available in the guidance office or on line at www.firedistnys.com .

There will be (4) $1,500 scholarships awarded.

New England Institute of Technology Scholarships and Contests 2011

These are school specific scholarships - you must enroll at NEIT.

Competitions Offered:

Technology Essay Contest, Automotive Technology Essay Contest, Interior Design Technology Contest, Architectural Building and Engineering Technology Design Contest, Computer Aided Design-Mechanical Technology Contest.
