President Paul called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

OPEN SESSION

There was no one from the public wishing to address the Board of Education.

A discussion ensued with regard to 2009-2010 school budget.  There were no actions taken at this time.

Jim Beirlein made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:45 p.m.  The motion was seconded by Sheldon Ginter and carried 5-0.
